RAD Hawks Talks

Listen to Health Physics alumni talk about their experiences in Illinois Tech's Master of Health Physics program!

Barbara Fisher, a student in the Master of Health Physics program at Illinois Tech, calls the program “unique.” She discusses the sense of community that it provides, including with her professors who are extremely responsive and willing to help with issues both work and school related. Barbara expects to graduate from Illinois Tech in Summer 2017 to pursue a Ph.D.

Bruno Barreto (MAS HP, ‘16) talks about the “one of a kind experience” he’s had as an international student in the Master of Health Physics program at Illinois Tech. Bruno discusses how he has gotten the opportunity to work on a close and personal level with his professors and how he plans to incorporate what he’s learned into his job.

Ian Lake (MAS HP, ‘16), a graduate of the Master of Health Physics program at Illinois Tech, describes the program as “a perfect blend of academic and professional.” He talks about how the program has been extremely beneficial to his career due to the technical knowledge and confidence he gained.
