Narsana will walk through what a typical Supply Chain looks like and discuss where to apply analytics in order to improve business outcomes. He will discuss the typical tools and techniques used to run these analytics as-a-service for Accenture clients. He will also dive deeper into a real-world client example, a European luxury automotive company, where he and his team helped improve product quality by analyzing warranty claims data and feeding it back to the client’s Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Development departments.

Tushar Narsana is Managing Director and Global Lead of Accenture's Supply Chain Business Process Services practice. He is based in the Chicago office. He has over 18 years of experience in management consulting and business process outsourcing with deep expertise in supply chain management, operational improvement, M&A, and process and organizational design. Prior to Accenture, he worked at Bridge Strategy Group, Mitchell Madison Group, and Tata Consultancy Services. Narsana has an MBA from the University of Michigan and BE (Computer Science) from the University of Pune, India.
